Late Night Fee: There is a $1,000/hour additional fee for any events after 3 a.m. Venue will not provide any cash at settlement. Settlement: Venue will pay renter with a company check at the immediate conclusion of door sales. The 'UPF' will not be refunded if the event cancels within 60 days of the event.
